A special Thank You
February Update, Roatán Episcopal Church
A special thank you to Harold, Kathy, Kevin and Darwin from St. Stephen, N.B. and to Marie and Tracey from Vancouver. It was a great blessing to meet them and share a week together in Roatán. They came down to Roatán from January 18th to 25th to help us to build a shed for Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Coxen Hole, by donating the money for building materials and working hard every day until it was finished.
Thanks to God and to this team that He called to Roatán, now we have the blessing of a shed to store the church’s equipment and an extra room for a person to stay overnight to watch over the property.
Now we don’t need to carry things from place to place; this is great!
But it is not just about money and work. It is such a blessing. I feel in my heart that it is the personal touch of other brothers and sisters in Christ that brings the blessings. You (the teams) and we work together on a mission for God’s kingdom, and God uses us for a special mission and bring us unity as we continue developing the relationship between our congregations.
Thank you for bringing the blessing to our congregation and working together with us to build the shed. It was a great pleasure and a lot of fun.
We experienced and learned many things through your being here with us.
Please continue to pray for our ministry with the church in Roatán.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. – Jeremiah 29:11
May God continue to richly bless you.
